An elevated yet undeniably comfortable space located in the heart of downtown Mankato, Havn Co. is honored to be the beloved destination that the community is proud to work + celebrate within.

First opening in 2023, the space was founded by Kōvly Studio, a brand + marketing agency. What began as a new office for the Kōvly Studio team quickly evolved into something much more than that.
Identifying a need in the community for an upscale space to work, meet, celebrate, and gather, we knew we needed to dream bigger and create a space that would accomplish just that.

THE BACKSTORY
THE PLOT TWIST
Initially, the Kōvly Studio team quietly shared the space with a few members and offered it for event rentals outside of business hours. However, the interest and demand for the space was so incredible that we knew we needed to lean in and make the space its own business.
And with that, the Havn Co. brand was born.

THE DESIGNERS
The Havn Co. space was designed by Foundry House, who are founding members within the space.
THE COMMUNITY
Our coworking members are a mix of remote employees and business owners, ranging in a variety of industries. The members have developed a strong internal culture fueled with creativity, support, and collaboration.
Events hosted within our space commonly include showers, engagement parties, grooms dinners, birthday parties, graduations, and retreats.
